If you’re having issues with downloading or accessing your brush files, I recommend the following steps:

1. You can always us the download link in the email you received after your order. It will take you to the latest version of your brush set(s).
2. Check your connection and try downloading your purchase again. Corrupt or missing files can be the result of an interrupted or incomplete download.
3. Use a different utility to unzip your purchase file.
4. Contact Sellfy or Gumroad support with all the details of your issue. 
5. They will also help you to reset the download limit of your purchase (”Maximum number of downloads exceed”).
