End User License Agreement (EULA)

The resources included in my Procreate sets (brushes, swatches, templates, tools, fonts etc.) are licensed to you personally, not sold.
You do not have the right to redistribute, resell, loan, rent, or lease my resources, modified versions or parts thereof.
This single user license is not transferrable to other people, companies or organizations.
If you want to license my resources for more than one user (e.g. for your company), I offer discounts up to 25% for multi-user licenses. Please contact me for a quote.
You can install and use the resources on up to three devices (iPad, iPhone etc.).
You are allowed to use the resources to create any kind of original personal or commercial artwork, designs or products.
This license includes free updates, which you can access and download by using the link in your email receipt. Please archive the email or create a Sellfy/Gumroad account to access your product anytime!
I reserve the right to revoke a license in case you violate any of the terms of use.
I reserve the right to change terms of the license at any time.
In case I stop providing the service and remove the files, I am not to be held responsible for the loss of files. Please create backups of your brushes and sets!
